S series injection molding machine
1. Clamping Unit
1.1 The box-board type structure is designed by finite element analysis, which ensures even stress, less deformation, high precision clamping and good rigidity.
1.2 Optimized design of tie bard ensures stable and speedy movement with less impact.
1.3 Lengthened opening stroke, maximum mold height and distance between ties bar for more flexible options of mold.
1.4 Automatic lubrication system. There is lubricating point for everywhere that is easy-abrasion. Good lubrication efficiency will improve/prolong the life time for clamping mechanism.
1.5 Speedy differential clamping function satisfies special movement requirement. High speed clamping shorts cycle time.

3. Power system
3.1 Adoption Sumitomo gear pump imported from Japan, high efficiency, low noise, easy maintenance.
3.2 Inovance servo system with unit parameter and unit standard.
3.3 Closed-loop control for pressure and speed, the RPM and torque can be real-time adjusted, resulting in excellent repeatability.
3.4 outstanding energy saving. The output for drive system is altered sensitively according to the actual need of parts being produced. The result of it is avoidance of energy waste.
3.5 During the pressure holding period, the rotational speed of the drive will be significantly reduced, the resultant output produced by drive system will only be used for actual requirement of production.
3.6 During the cooling period, the output from drive is zero, which means that is no energy cost at all.
3.7 The response time for drive is very fast. It requires only 5 seconds to reach the maximum output. Cycle time is shortened. The efficiency is improved significantly.
